Lynn trained as a pharmacist and is a quality use of medicines expert. She was the founding CEO of the Australian organisation, NPS MedicineWise, where she brought together a talented team to support the best use of medicines and medical tests for health professionals and patients. She was responsible for behavioural interventions that improved clinical practice and resulted in substantial efficiencies in the health system. She has expertise in strategy, governance and program design, implementation, and evaluation.
Lynn is an adjunct professor with the University of Queensland, a non-executive director of the Optometry Council of Australia and New Zealand and committee member of several agencies. She was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia in 2013.
Lynn is the new chair of the board of ISIUM.
